Mô Tả Công Việc

1. Clean Historical Data

- Co-manage Product Master Data with Client Management (CM) and Supply Chain Managment (SCM) on monthly SD (Sales and Delivery) status , e.g active/inactive/launch for all types product (single/BOM)

- Adjust outliers to maintain “clean” historical sales for baseline forecast

2. Develop Forecast for SNOP

- Develop agreed 18 months unconstrained demand plan (Net Sales & Gross Sales) based on Marketing & Sales assumption
- Assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities. (ROI/ Past performance)
- Identify Opportunities and actions to convert Opportunities into Net Sales
- Defined action plans to address gaps
- Conduct Demand Planning Meeting
- Work with clients, customers, Client Management team, sales team, and supply chain management to improve forecast accuracy
- Manage monthly and weekly forecast upload schedule into SAP for preparation of Purchase Forecast and Purchase Order Placement from SCM

3. Tracking Promotion Plan / Scheme running

-Tracking & update the progress of the activation scheme to related stakeholders (supply/resource planning) for preparation
- Address demand-related queries and issues in a timely manner.

4. Tracking Customer Order Fill Rate & Translate LE

- Monitoring offtake vs forecast committed (of current month)
- Review MTD sales vs Forecast for properly alerting for the weekly meeting
- Develop a rolling-8-week forecast by SKU by region and coordinate weekly LE updates for stock allocation management from SCM
- Provide info for Supply planner for supply planning (placing PO) & resource planning (BTA / RRC)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- At least 3 years in Demand or Supply Planning
- Demand Planning experience in FMCG is preferable
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science Program in Mathematics, Statistics, Supply chain, Business Administration or related field.
- Competent knowledge of forecasting and analysis techniques
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills
- Fluent in English (esp in speaking and writing)
- Experience in SAP, Statistical Modeling, or any Demand Planning tool
