*** Position 1: Senior Global Supply Chain Planner (GSCP) - focus on "SCM"
- Manage purchase orders: Execute buying of materials and finished goods from global suppliers.
- Negotiate production plans: Secure capacity commitments and capabilities with suppliers to optimize inventory and meet demand.
- Mitigate supply disruptions: Identify risks, escalate issues, and implement solutions to prevent shortages or capacity constraints impacting customers.
- Analyze supply chain reliability: Review inventory levels, supplier schedules, and forecasts; recommend optimizations to align demand with vendor capabilities.
- Communicate proactively: Update cross-functional teams on production/capacity issues affecting availability, projects, or resolutions.
- Drive continuous improvement: Identify and train on process/system enhancements to boost supply chain efficiency.
*** Position 2: Global Forecast Analyst (GFA) - focus on "data analyst".
- Maintain SKU-level forecasts: Analyze, update, and monitor warehouse-specific forecasts using statistical systems; communicate changes to relevant departments.
- Align orders with forecasts: Evaluate future orders against forecasts and adjust as needed.
- Oversee product lifecycle planning: Track status, forecasting, promotions, and inventory from end to end.
- Track forecast KPIs: Calculate Accuracy and Bias; identify errors and implement improvements.
- Flag anomalies: Detect unusual product conditions, alert management, and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with partners: Build relationships to ensure data accuracy and reliable forecasting.
- Approve demand requests: Assess inventory and supply reliability for Ad Notices, promotions, and customer projections to guarantee availability.
- Manage product drops: Identify items/groups to phase out; recommend optimal timing based on inventory; negotiate final runs, expedite/defer/cancel orders; plan Hot Buys and excess inventory closeouts.

- Got at least 3 yrs experiences related to Demand Planning / Supply Chain planning / Purchaser / Merchandiser / Production Planning,...
- Proficiency at data analyst: Power BI, Python and SQL
