Position: Demand & Supply Planning Supervisor
Report to: Logistics Manager

I/ JOB SUMMARY
The position of Demand & Supply Planning Supervisor is responsible for the management Responsible for coordinating and executing best practice Demand planning as part of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) across the Pernod Ricard Vietnam Supply Chain with a focus on forecast accuracy and bias & place orders based on the FC & safety stock level & follow up all the purchased order with suppliers.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager developing strong relationships and working closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance & all suppliers, to oversee the monthly demand planning cycle that is running one set of agreed and signed-off demand volumes & place the order on time.
The ideal candidate has an eye for continuous improvement, demonstrated ability to reduce non-value add items within demand and supply systems and processes is a must, along with a strong analytical background, within the FMCG industry or ideally the beverage industry is essential.
II/ MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Implement demand planning process and drive for efficiency, aiming to have high-quality outcomes to meet both business's long/short term expectation and supply chain efficiency.
- Drive participation in the monthly S&OP (DRM; Pre-S&OP) & forecast process, responsible for building and aligning 18 months forecast by brand/product group based on sales and marketing plan input and preparation of insightful meetings and close follow-up of this meeting.
- Managing forecasting assumptions and alignment with sales and Supply Chain.
- Provide insights and analyses for the short-term/long-term forecast vs. actual performance, by brand, SKU, and major customers.
- Managing the forecasting process with the commercial teams by accurately validating the customers' sales plans & setting up new product master data in coordinating with sales and marketing market arrival times and launch dates.
- Anaplan leading, the new Demand Planning platform, within the business and integrating the tool as the planning platform.
- Driving insights through data and continuous improvement.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales Organization, internal Finance teams, and personnel to ensure business plans and forecasts are accurate.
- Generating new insight into sales and marketing based on the insight from market data.
- Manage new launches from a demand planning perspective and give proactive feedback to the Brand and Sales team as well.
- Leading and facilitating cross-functional teams to tackle stock risks and stock outages to mitigate customer service impact.
- Work closely with overseas suppliers such as Europe & Australia & Singapore....to ensure the supply as planned.
- Develop projects to improve the Demand Planning/Market Data organization and efficiency.
- Other tasks assigned by the Line manager such as ad-hoc requirements complement the day-to-day operational side of the business needs.

Education & Experience
- Degree in Business Administration with a minimum of 5 to 6 years Post Graduate experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Anaplan and other demand planning tools
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of solid Demand Planning experience in a corporate multinational environment
- More than 3 years of proven track record of Demand & Supply Planning within the FMCG industry, ideally within beverages or food sector.
- Proven experience in Demand Review Meetings and Sales & Operations meetings
- Experience in DDMRP (demand-driven material requirements planning)
- Strong project management capabilities, paired with sound (English) communication skills in the day-to-day environment.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact & provide recommendations to senior stakeholders including strong presentation skills that outline a clear message.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing numerous work streams simultaneously to tight timelines.
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.

- Have a systematic approach and be able to clearly document the proposed changes.
- Self-starter, able to manage complete priorities under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail
