POSITION PURPOSE
• This crucial role entails steering a digital platform centered around Dementia and Alzheimer's care, aimed at augmenting patient care and the engagement of healthcare professionals within Vietnam. The perfect candidate will possess a robust background in pharmacy or medicine, augmented by substantial experience in the pharmaceutical field, and an in-depth comprehension of Dementia and the Alzheimer's disease milieu in Vietnam.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Platform Management
- Work with ALA (Asia Latain America) regional team, other ALA’s member affliates, potential local partner, KOLs, third-party entities to customize and localize digital content for Cogmate platform, making it pertinent and accessible to the Vietnamese demographic. Review the fisibility the contents in vietnamses supported by relevant stakeholders
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Eisai Vietnam's product portfolio relevant to Alzheimer's and dementia care.
- Collaborate with other functions, attend company medical conferences, seminars, and workshops, providing knowledge on Eisai's platform to the field.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives within the Alzheimer's and dementia care segment. Integrate and harmonize Cogmate with other cognitive tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct training sessions for HCP, Eisai staff, customers on the use of the Cogmate platform; Alzheimer's and dementia care best practices, and the latest research findings.
- Oversee the platform's budget, ensuring effective allocation and management of resources to achieve project objectives efficiently.
- Evaluate user data to gain insights and inform strategic decisions, ensuring the platform meets the needs of its users effectively.
- Conduct mid-term financial analyses to assess the platform's impact and identify strategies for enhancing profitability through content and feature optimization.
2. HCP engagement & Strategies
- Proactively present and advocate for the platform among HCPs throughout Vietnam, cultivating robust relationships and endorsing platform use for the betterment of patients.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage with and advocate for patients and their families, ensuring the platform addresses their needs and contributes to improving their quality of life.
- Assist the Eisai Human Healthcare (hhc) Manager in forging and nurturing a hhc ecosystem, aimed at elevating patient outcomes and healthcare delivery in Vietnam.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to amplify the platform's influence, ensuring consonance with Eisai Vietnam's goals.
- Draft and present proposals to medical and governmental entities to endorse the Cogmate platform.
Optimize partnerships with academic, professional, and healthcare organizations based on current MOUs between Eisai Vietnam with them to enhance platform reach and efficacy.
- Identify and collaborate with new partners to expand the platform's user base and share resources.
3. Others
- Continuously augment knowledge regarding the Alzheimer's disease and dementia landscape in Vietnam, encompassing patient demographics, treatment trajectories, and healthcare practices.
- Display exemplary collaboration skills, capable of working seamlessly with cross-functional teams to drive platform success and innovation.
In close partnership with the CNS Product Manager and Business Unit Manager, develop strategies to improve healthcare professional engagement within the CNS portfolio, ultimately benefiting patients, families, and the Vietnamese community.
- Work closely with the Legal & Compliance to ensure the Cogmate platform is included in the company's business license updates (IRC, ERC), while adhering to local laws and regulatory processes.
- Engage with government bodies, key decision-makers (KDMs), and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to promote the platform's adoption among target patient groups.
