Deposit and Remittance Operations Officer (Mandarin Speaking)

**Purpose: Follow the SOP and regulations to complete transactions and reports correctly.

**Main tasks / Key performance index:

• Compliance with internal and external regulations to ensure transactions and reports executed correctly.

• Follow instructions and complete the assignment by supervisor.

• To learn and enrich professional knowledge and skills positively.

**Non-financial Aspect:

• Well quality and accuracy of transactions and reports.

• Achievement of required training, number of customer complaints.

• Audit findings of scope of work.

**Education: University, commerce or business-related majors are preferred.

**Work experience:

• 3–5 years working experience in foreign exchange, SWIFT.

• Working experience in money market, treasury area is a plus.

**Language skill:

• English (Intermediate)

• Mandarin (Intermediate) is a plus.

**Professional requirement:

• Familiar with internal and external regulations in Taiwan and Vietnam.

• Possess working experience in foreign exchange, SWIFT, accounting, etc.

**Most challenging and difficult parts: Need to be familiar with the internal and external regulations of Taiwan and Vietnam and work efficiency requirements.
