- Develop new services, policy and guideline management for Cash Management Services of corporate.
- Develop system to comply with services, product provided.
- Conduct comprehensive industry research about Finance and Banking Market to benchmark other banks’ products and services.
- Conduct comprehensive market research about corporate deposit and services of other banks to improve quality of new products and services of the bank.
- Conduct training and development opportunities for branches staff to meet goals and further enhance employee improvement/enrichment.
- Support compliance and legal issues occurred within both Southern and Northern branches related to CMP (Compliance Department) for corporate deposit as a contact person.
- Build effective relationships and trust with other financial institutions to build client opportunities and coordinate a team approach to client success.
- Prepare monthly SBV reports and weekly Head Dept. Reports.
- Other tasks assigned by line Managers.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 3 years of banking/finance business or relevant fields.
- Ability to work proactively, flexibly, independently or within a team environment.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, …).
- Strong communication including written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Good command of English.
