Deputy Chief Accountant

• Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, collection and receivable, and general ledger entries and reconciliations, ensuring the accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.

• Prepare and arrange financial statements analysis monthly, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards

• Implement control process for enhancement of control and risk management.

• Cooperation with external/internal auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.

• Assist to supervise junior staff /mentor staff

• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Perform other duties given by Chief Accountant.

Working hour: from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting/Finance/Auditing or relevant majors.

• At least 8 years in overall finance, accounting, tax and collection management at large organization

• Proficient in Microsoft office especially in Excel, SAP and another ERP system

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and familiar with Vietnamese Law and Regulations

• Able to work under high pressure, with high sense of responsibility

• Strong analytical skill; excellent communication & interpersonal skills; strong leadership and influencing skills, good problem-solving skills

• Fluent at English, both communication and writing
