Position Title: Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Deputy CEO)
Reporting to: Group CEO / Board of Directors
Salary: VND 200,000,000 ~ 350,000,000 Gross per month
Location: Vietnam (HCMC or Hanoi + factories as required)
Scope: Group level – 5 legal entities (Manufacturing & Trading – Components)
1. ROLE PURPOSE
The Deputy CEO is responsible for the overall management of the Group’s manufacturing and trading operations, ensuring sustainable revenue and profit growth,operational efficiency, standardized multi-entity governance, and strategic alignment between manufacturing, trading, finance, and the market.
This is a “right-hand-to-the-CEO” role with high decision-making authority, focused on execution, optimization, and scaling rather than purely conceptual strategy.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Sales Growth & Commercial Expansion (Top Priority)
Drive group-level sales growth across manufacturing and components trading businesses.
Develop and execute commercial strategies to expand revenue, market share, and customer base.
Lead key account management for OEM, Tier 1, and major industrial customers.
Define pricing strategies, margin targets, and growth plans by product, customer, and market.
Work closely with Sales, Trading, and Procurement to balance growth, margin, and working capital.
B. Trading & Commercial Performance
Oversee components trading activities, including sourcing, supplier strategy, pricing, and margin control.
Develop new markets and strategic customers while strengthening existing key accounts.
Optimize inventory risk, credit control, and payment terms to support sustainable growth.
C. Group Operations Management
Oversee operations of five subsidiaries across manufacturing and trading.
Standardize and optimize manufacturing processes, supply chain, inventory, and cost structure.
Ensure integrated operations and eliminate silos across entities.
D. Manufacturing Oversight
Take full P&L responsibility for manufacturing operations.
Control capacity planning, yield, waste, scrap, OEE, productivity, and cost per unit.
Work with R&D, Engineering, and QA to improve products, reduce costs, and meet international customer quality requirements.
Ensure compliance with ISO, EHS, customer standards, and legal regulations.
E. Financial & Performance Management
Hold full P&L responsibility at Group level in close coordination with the CFO.
Monitor and control gross margin, operating costs, cash flow, and working capital.
Establish and oversee KPIs at Group and entity levels.
Evaluate investment effectiveness, CAPEX, and factory or production line expansion.
F. Organization & Leadership
Directly manage Plant Managers, Heads of Trading/Sales, and Supply Chain/Operations Heads.
Build strong middle and senior management teams with clear roles, KPIs, and high accountability.
Lead restructuring initiatives when required (people, processes, operating models).
G. Strategy Execution & Board Coordination
Execute strategies set by the CEO and Board of Directors.
Propose strategic initiatives including M&A, new market entry, and product or customer diversification.
Report directly to the CEO and BOD on sales growth, operational performance, risks, and growth opportunities.
3. AUTHORITY & DECISION RIGHTS
Make day-to-day operational decisions at Group level.
Approve budgets and expenses within delegated authority.
Sign commercial and manufacturing contracts according to authorization.
Represent the Group in dealings with strategic customers, major partners, banks, and auditors when authorized.

4. REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business, Finance, or equivalent.
MBA is a plus.
Experience
14–22 years of experience, including at least 10 years in sales growth positions + at least 3 years at C-level roles such as Deputy CEO, COO, or General Manager.
Mandatory experience in technical sales with track records of sales growth, and manufacturing and trading/distribution (components, industrial materials, B2B).
Proven experience managing multi-entity or group structures.
Direct responsibility for large-scale P&L.
Skills & Competencies
Strong operational, hands-on, and data-driven mindset.
Deep understanding of manufacturing economics, trading margin mechanics, and supply chain and working capital management.
Strong leadership, decisiveness, and ability to perform under pressure.
Proven ability to work with owners, founders, and Boards of Directors.
Fluent English (mandatory).
