Deputy General Manager - Plants

• Plan, organize, direct and run of all activities within the manufacturing operations for continuous improvement and optimization of all processes.

• Set up, develop and implement manufacturing operation strategies.

• Organize and manage day-to-day activities for operations of 6 factories with nearly 800 workers

• Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.

• Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time delivery.

• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results

• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus

• Optimize plants operations to meet quality and production standards.

• Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.

• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metric and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.

• Lead and develop the plant leadership team in a trusting, passion relationship and a can-do mindset.

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering /Civil Engineering/ Industrial Engineering.

• Minimum 10-year experiences in similar manufacturing.

• Proven managerial experience.

• Adequate knowledge of business (technical operations and pre-engineering) and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources).

• Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.

• Strong leadership skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
