Mô Tả Công Việc
- Assist the Dept. Head in planning, operation management and monitoring the implementation of the department's plans as assigned in each period.
- Report the plan implementation results for the management level.
2. Supporting Dept. Head in management and implementation of functions and duties of the Department
- Monitor the application of regulations related to credit appraisal and re-appraisal in the IVB system.
- Give opinions on policies, regulations and procedures and forms for credit appraisal at IVB and propose appropriate adjustments if needed.
- Review, and verify give recommendations to the re-appraisal proposal of credits (including corporate bond) received from business units/ HO Departments in accordance with IVB’ regulations.
- Review and verify credit re-appraisal reports, and customers’ credit rating reports in the absence of Dept. Head or as assigned by Dept. Head.
- Responsible for credit assessment/ recommendations/opinions and proposals on Credit Re-appraisal reports or related credit proposals received from IVB Business Units/ HO Departments in accordance with authorized power that defined by IVB credit policies.
3. Employee management
- Assist Dept. Head in managing, guiding, and coordinating with the subordinates.
- Evaluate the performance results of employees periodically.
- Give coaching/training for the staffs of the Department.

- Good knowledge on economics, finance, banking, securities, real estate, investment, …
- Comprehensive in internal policies and regulations as well as regulations of the SBV on credit activities and collateral
- Good at skills of financial analysis, time management, leadership, staff training
- Strong at skills of communication, presentation, problem solving and decision making
- Experience: At least 02 years of experience in related management.
- Language: TOEIC 700 or equivalent. Preferable for proficient English, Chinese is preferred.
