Mô Tả Công Việc
1. Planning/ Budgeting
- Develop and deploy assigned business plan of RBD for a period of time.
- Develop and deploy product policies/ programs to stimulate business activities of retail banking as assigned.
- Develop, support, manage, monitor the implementation of the business plans at branches to reach the target of IVB over a period of time as assigned.
2. Assist RBD Head in managing and performing assigned task list
2.1. Product development
- Build an annual plan for developing products of retail banking and monitor the implementation of periodically reviewing business deployment efficiency.
- Build products applicable to customers’ needs.
- Build fee tariff, the interest rate for products and services of retail banking within management scope.
- Organize training about retail banking products and services for all branches.
- Be responsible for the efficiency of products and services and proposing appropriate solutions if needed
2.2. Business and partnership development
- Build programs, policies to stimulate business activities of retail banking, build promotion, customer care policies for each group of customers over a period of time for the nationwide IVB.
- Deploy cooperation program with partners for developing RB business.
2.3. Support branches, deploy sales stimulation and skill training for sales of all branches
- Coordinate with business units to approach customers following product sales plan and sales promotion.
- Organize and deploy skill training for sales staff all over IVB.
2.4. Business management
- Monitor sales volume, sales reports on a monthly/ quarterly/ yearly basis.
- Manage & approved credit, guarantee & other related transactions according to decentralization/authorization of BOEs/ RBD Head / Division Head in compliance with provisions of IVB and the law.
- Monitor the implementation of RB business plan overall and by branches. Analyze business efficiency by-products/ customer groups/ regions/ branches/ nation-wide. Propose solutions to increase business productivity.
- Support and coordinate with branches to implement and deploy business plan by month/ quarter/ year.
- Coordinate with other/ related departments to build KPIs for RB sales managers, sales employees. Periodically measure KPIs by quarter/ year and report to Division Head/ BOEs.
3. Employee management
- Support in assigning KPIs for each employee of RBD.
- Manage, allocate, propose for the arrangement of employees properly and efficiently regarding their professional competence and job requirements.
- Instruct employees, build and deploy training and coaching plans for RBD’s employees.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Male/Female with Bachelor/ Master from university with major in banking, finance, commerce, economics or relevant major.
- Wide acknowledge of market and banking products, especially in credit
- Ability to develop products, business implementation and promotion
- Capability for research, analysis, orientation
- Good skills at:
+ Problem solving, decision – making & management
+ Communication; presentation; & negotiation
- Experience: business management and at least 2 years at management position from the level of team leader.
- English: Fluency, adapt well with IVB’s work of requirements.
