Deputy HR Manager takes the role of supporting HR Manager to implement all the aspects of HR Department.
I. Talent Acquisition
1. Employee Branding
- Cooperate with HRM and HR Group to operate Employee Branding activities.
2. Recruitment
- Accountability for reviewing the recommendations and compiling a manpower plan for a financial year.
- Accountability for the compliance of recruitment policy in the Region.
- Accountability for the attract, retain and develop top talent, focusing on leadership development, succession planning and the cultivation of a best-in-class leadership team.
- Accountability for diagnosing talent management needs of the Region and to partner with business leaders to design and implement policies, programs and practices to enable the Region to achieve business goals and objectives;
II. Rewards
1. Compensation and Benefit
- Accountability for the ongoing implementation and compliance of C&B policy of the Company.
- Accountability for the monthly attendance process, ensuring compliance with social insurance, health insurance, staff compensation and PIT calculation and the cost vs the budget.
- Coordinate the staff performance review & appraisal programs.
- Ensure the proper communication to staff about the benefits policies.
2. Employee Retention & Engagement
- Accountability for analyzing exit interview, turnover rate, employee satisfaction to propose suitable retention strategy to align with company’s strategy.
- Set up, write down internal regulation, register labor internal regulation.
- Lead, motivate and develop HR team and manage the operations of HR function.
- Handle employee grievance and labor relations and try to settle conflicts amicably.
- Process disciplinary actions through the policy implemented.
3. Performance Assessment
- Accountability for setting up the staff competencies appraisal with KPIs following Company’s BSC.
- Facilitate and administer performance management program to ensure superior performance across the Company.
III. Corporate Culture & Internal Communication
- Accountability for Employee Happiness Survey activities in region.
- Accountability for Corporate Culture engagement activities: events (YEB, Teambuilding, Birthday….), Orientation training, Grow-up, Power-up….
- Accountability for region internal communication in all matters regarding newcomers, resignation, promotion, transferring, events…
IV. Report & Other duties
- Accountability for HC (Staffing ratio) national-wide report.
- Accountability for all matters regarding Region report including recruitment, resignation, promotion, transferring…
- Support other departments as necessary.
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by HR Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum education standard of bachelor’s degree at university
- Continue post-graduate learning/training in business, management and HR specific skills
- Minimum experience of 5 years in management and 3 years in Human Resources or very similar role
Skill/ Kỹ năng
- Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office).
- Good verbal and written English skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Good communication, problem-solving & presentation skills.
- Good management, planning and analyzing ability.
- Ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and professional discretion.
- Knowledge about labor law and labor market in Vietnam.
