* Purpose of the job

• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures across companies.

• Support the development of an operations workforce that meets business objectives, especially in renewable energy and energy infrastructure.

* MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Talent Acquisition

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies; coordinate with local authorities when needed.

2. Operations & Compliance

• Administer payroll, PIT, and mandatory insurances accurately and timely.

• Prepare analytical HR and labor cost reports.

3. Performance Management

• Apply KPI evaluation system fairly and effectively.

4. Learning & Development

• Develop annual training plans based on TNA; evaluate training effectiveness.

• Build career paths and succession plans.

5. Report & Data Analytics

• Prepare periodic HR reports: headcount changes, payroll cost, recruitment status, turnover…

• Propose HR process, tools, and policy improvements.

1. Educational qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HRM, Law, Economics, or relevant fields.

• Proficient in English and Vietnamese.

2. Experience

• Minimum 10 years in HR, preferably with benefits or OD experience.

3. Technical skills

• In-depth knowledge of labor law, social insurance, PIT, and related legal frameworks.

4. Leadership & soft skills

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Effective problem-solving.

• Excellent time management.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Proficient in Excel and HR/ payroll software (Bravo, MISA HRM…).

• Detail-oriented, discreet, responsible, proactive.
