Deputy Operations Manager

Location: Cụm công nghiệp Kiến Thành, ấp 3, xã Long Cang, huyện Cần Đước, tỉnh Long An (cách HCM khoảng 1h đi xe). Công ty có xe đưa đón nhân viên ở HCM (nếu cần), tập trung tại quận 1 lúc 7h30, chiều về lúc 5h15.

Job duties & Responsibility:

- Supervise the daily activities of bulk shipments and full vessel chartering.

- Ensure coordination with third-party port agents, shipping lines, and document teams is effective and timely.

- Review shipping plans, booking schedules, and shipping instructions.

- Handle escalations and troubleshoot complex operational issues.

- Update legal information related to import and export goods

- Work with the team member to consolidate and review daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.

- Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Accounting to align on delivery timelines, document requirements, and customer commitments.

- Allocate tasks and workload based on team capacity and priority shipments.

- Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members.

- Support the onboarding and training of new team members.

- Education/Academic: Bachelor's or College’s degree preferably in foreign trade, import and export others related.

- Experience: At least 5 years' experience in logistic, import and export field at manufacturing company and having directly managed 2-3 menbers or more.

- Language/Computer: Proficient in English and Microsoft Office.

- Good communication, enthusiasm, responsible at work, high pressure ability.
