Deputy Operations Manager

1. Operations/ Corporate Administration

• Assist the improvement and implementation of policies/changes/applications/operating procedures/ business practices at both school and corporate level;

• Preparing periodical reports to submit to Department of Education and Training; Office of Education and Training at district levels, etc ;

• Examine school’s request for special case before submitting for approval;

• Oversee and handle all logistics / maintenance / renovation / services of school;

• Coordinate and organize events at schools;

• Provide professional development and training to new staff or school administrative staff when required.

2. Legal & Operations Licensing

• Maintain the statutory and legal compliance of the operation of the schools/business units.

• Obtain any required licenses/ registration for the operation of new schools/ business units.

3. Project Management/ Pre-Operations

• Work with project teams, relevant departments and deal with landlords, authorities for pre-operating construction / construction / renovation / improvement of floor plan, design, requirements of furniture, equipment / facilities set up, student recruitment, staff recruitment and training, etc.

4. Others

• Other duties as assigned from Immediate Supervisor.

• Good command of English

• Working experience in Operation, Administration, Marketing/ Social Media or related fields

• Excellent organization and management skills
