Design Architect (Intermediate/ Senior Level)

1. JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Design and coordinate Architecture design works.

• Coordination with other sectors/studio such as planning, electrical, mechanical…etc

• Provide project status updates on a regular basis.

• Producing massing study & design, development of building zoning and envelop,

façade articulation designs, generate related architecture drawings.

• Quick and effective generate presentation and narrative, select materials.

• Report to the Chief Architect for work progress and outstanding issues;

• Other duties assigned by the Company Director/ Chief Architect.

• Be Willingness to learn construction methodologies, building codes and planning

ordinances.

2. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure timely and smooth progress of work in accordance to design intent.

• Following company standards and codes of practice in architectural design.

• Receiving and understanding detailed markups from the project architects and senior team

members ensuring accurate and careful execution.

• Taking responsibility for the drawings and being aware of any issues or potential problems

and clearly communicating these to the greater team.

• Working well with all team members in a relaxed but professional environment.

• Manage your own time to complete tasks to agreed deadlines or communicate any issues

about not meeting the agreed timeframes.

• Take part in global Team/ Zoom communication and meetings on a weekly or daily basis.

• > 7 years of experience (Intermediate level) & > 10 years experience (Senior level) in the architectural design firm.

• Architectural Handsketch, Sketchup modeling and render software (still image and video) must be proficient.

• Capability, accuracy, speed, etc. in preparing documentation and details [Concept stage].

• Strong presentation and visualization skills, with experience using: SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Illustrator (AI), Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint, Hand Sketch.

• Ability to solve problems, improve design workflows, and deliver creative solutions.

• English: Ability to understand both written and spoken communication is preferred.
