Design Manager ( Trưởng Phòng Thiết Kế - Dự Án Nội Thất Văn Phòng Cao Cấp)

We are seeking a talented and visionary Design Manager who will be passionate about design, with a keen eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of high-end Interior Design. As an Design Manager, Your responsibilities often include defining the design strategy, coordinating a team of designers, managing project schedules and reviewing and approving designs before they are presented to clients or stakeholders and to ensure consistency and innovation in bring the design/ project for each Client story.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Creative Direction: Develop and implement creative strategies that align with client’s brand vision, ensuring a consistent look and feel from concept to execution.

Collaborate with Teams:

- Work closely with the project team to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions that suitable with client's requirement.

- Presents the design to stakeholders during early project phases.

Mentor and Guide:

- Provide guidance and mentorship to the design team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence in design.

- Overseeing the design team, setting goals, establishing timelines and allocating resources for projects.

- Ensuring that designs meet technical requirements, manufacturing capabilities and cost considerations.

Stay Current: Keep up to date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.

Department Development:

- Conducting team training on developments within the design world or new business guidelines

- Develops training material and builds 2D and 3D design capability within the organization.

Manage Projects:

- Coordinate with internal team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

- Visits project sites to monitor progress and conformance to company established standards

Qualifications:

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in interior design, with at least 2 years in an Design Manager role or similar capacity, preferably in high-end office and resort ....

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architects , Interior Design, or a related field.

- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing creative work related to high-end design.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of color theory, and layout design.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.

- Strong knowledge of interior design principles and space planning

Creative Mindset: A visionary thinker with a passion for creativity, design, and storytelling.

Team Player: Ability to work well within cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
