Instanta is one of the leading suppliers of instant coffee with factories in Poland, Russia, Turkey, Colombia and Vietnam. We have been running one of our factories in Hai Phong Vietnam. In order to expand our business activities in Vietnam, we are looking for one more employee who will join our export sales team.

• Supporting for brand team to build ideas, implement company projects, campaigns, events.

• Developing concepts, graphics and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability and readers’ needs.

• Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size.

• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.

• Identifying new content strategy trends and ensuring that the brand is in front of the industry developments.

• Liaising with external printers or production teams to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed or presented to the highest quality.

• Supporting design-related tasks for IVN projects (ie: the creation of logo, ppt..)

• Good at writing and speaking skills (both in ENG & VIET)

• A critical eye for layout, type and design

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and/or video editing (Final Cut, Premier Pro or DaVinci)

• Advanced Figma, Canva user

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with printing factories.

• A good understanding of design and art direction for digital media

• Creative, hardworking, customer-oriented and team-working.

• Collaborate proactively with various departments and provide detailed reports to management.
