Designer (for Backpack)

Key Responsibilities:

• Creates style/color designs based on the seasonal concept created by the US Creative Team.

• Supervises from G1 to the final sample

• Creates CAD data and development instructions

• Collaborate with fabric suppliers and manufacturers.

• Oversee the fitting and production process to ensure quality.

• Work closely with Merchandising teams for product launch strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in apparel design, specifically backpack.

• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Excellent understanding of garment construction and textiles.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

• Proficient in English is a must (work with US Team)

- Standard Collection= Style: 7-8 styles; Color: 10-15 colors
