About Your Role

You will be an integral part of the sourcing team, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our products are developed at the forefront of sustainability and in alignment with the brand’s design and future vision. You will support your manager to ensure all products meet calendar deadlines, working closely with brand development teams and the sourcing headquarters in Singapore. You will also contribute to the execution of the multi-year sourcing strategy to support brand growth.

Your Responsibilities Will Include (but not limited to):

- Ensure adherence to the brand development calendar timeline, raising issues proactively and discussing solutions with your manager.

- Work with vendors to deliver on-time execution of all samples and support technical design requirements for the assigned brand category.

- Understand brand product development strategies and execute operational activities with internal teams and vendors independently.

- Implement work plans effectively, monitor progress, and prioritize actions with internal and external counterparts in collaboration with your manager.

- Analyze data and provide summaries to support vendor performance.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Production, Global Material Supply, Logistics, and Quality to achieve brand goals and objectives.

- Confidently express your views with authenticity and supporting data to improve efficiencies.

- Participate in company-wide initiatives to promote VF purpose activation and improve VF Asia Product Supply systems and processes.

What We Will Be Looking For in You

- Proven experience in the development of knitted and woven apparel; exposure to diverse product collections is an advantage.

Education & Work Experience

- Academic Degree: Preferred in Textile or related field.

- Experience: Minimum 2 years in sourcing or related roles.

- Language Proficiency: Good communication skills in English; local language proficiency is an advantage.

- Digital Skills: Exposure to digital platforms for product development and process efficiency is a strong advantage.
