Development Engineer (Mechanical - Mechatronics)

GENERAL INFORMATION

- Required experience: Preferable

- Education - Major: University - Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering and related for air-conditioner.

- Sex: Male/Female

- Location: Ha Noi, Hai Duong, Hung Yen

- English: Toiec 600 upward

I. JOB DESCRIPTION

A. Responsibilities:

• Cooperate with R&D of Daikin Thailand to ensure new models produced at Daikin Vietnam are not delayed

B. Main Job Description:

• Determine the specification of new products transferred from other market into Vietnam market

• Create and modify drawing, 3D according to design requirements.

• Create and mentain BOM

• Control the development process for new product transferred from other plants that are produced by DAV.

• Coordinate with other departments in the factory so that the trial production for new products is not delayed.

• Conduct test to validate function and specification of Air conditioner.

• Develop new parts/material from the market to improve products specification and realize cost reduction.

A. Must-have request:

• Have experience as a development engineer in home appliances, automotive, electronics or machinery/components, and industrial machinery.

• Skill: - CAD design (3D, 2D, Piping / Metal sheet), analysis and FMEA, FTA

- Project management for the new product development process

- Products/parts/material testing includes reliability

• Good skills in English communication and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

B. Preferable request:
