Mô Tả Công Việc
- Identification of new material possibilities and developments;
- Management of project activity and oversight of trials and launch activity;
- Sourcing and delivery of trial materials both functional and fit for use;
- Liaison with suppliers and communication of functional requirements of materials as well as ensure
of efficient costings;
- Negotiation and update costs & prices of each projects as required;
- Technical approval of specifications prior to release for use;
- Technical support to factory operations to resolve and improve material performance in use;
- Coordinating Sourcing and Development department’s activities;
- Direct report to Sourcing and Development Manager and Vietnam Country Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Good communication of English, Chinese;
- BA degree ( equivalent) educated in packaging technology, design, manufacturing engineering or
related discipline;
- More than 3 year experiences at the same position (Understanding packaging industry, R&D with
Packaging background);
- Customer service, negotiation and planning skills;
- Critical thinking, decision making and leading skills;
- Good Teamwork attitude and project management and coordination skills;
- Experienced with good understanding of international business rules and regulations;
- Strong problem solving skill;
- Able to work under high pressure;
- Willing for business trips
