Development Production Planner

JOB BRIEF: We are looking for a qualified Design Assistant to handle end to end accountability for our digital printing products. You will be a part of a dynamic and creative environment where you can develop your professional career with multi and challenging tasks. A. JOB POSITION: Staff B. JOB LEVEL: Experienced, but under 3-year C. SALARY RANGE: negotiable and competitive D. JOB DESCRIPTIONS: * External: customers + factory + related parties * Internal: company members * Details: 1. Digital sample and bulk order input 2. Build up suitable production plan to ensure on-time approval submission and shipment 3. Monitor printing color and quality during production as required STD 4. Follow up with STD IQC to manage material production issue 5. Contact with related Parties for courier dispatches and tests 6. File up and distribute color STD 7. Manage incoming and outcoming stock 8. Working on documents/records for payment 9. Keep up to date on new business plan on new material production 10. Handle other supporting tasks as assigned
