Devops Engineer

- Deploy updates and fixes, and provide Level 2 technical support

- Build tools to reduce occurrence of errors and improve customer experience

- Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems

- Perform root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues

- Develop scripts to automate visualization

- Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance

- Bachelor of science degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant field

- Have at least 2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar software engineering role

- Experience in civil engineering or customer experience and developing/engineering applications for a large company

- Proficiency with Git and GitHub workflows

- Good knowledge of Ruby or Python

- Working knowledge of databases and SQL

- Problem-solving attitude
