General Information Job Title : Digital Acquisition Supervisor (Lead Generation) Division : Digital Transformation & Marketing Department : Digital Department Location : Ho Chi Minh City Report to : Digital Acquisition Team Head No. of subordinates: 0 I. Job Summary: The Supervisor take ownership in digital lead generation effectively and efficiently by optimize channels and techniques to meet digital sales KPIs via traffic, conversion rate, digital sales volume and COA II. Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Digital Acquistion – Lead Generation: • Effectively set up, execute, and optimize digital media campaigns on multiple platforms, including, but not limited to: Google AdWords, Zalo, Facebook, Coc Coc, Display Network, etc. • Closely work with partners for digital leads contribution from end-to-end to ensure growth and KPI met • Manage budget, scope, and timeline for paid marketing campaigns and initiatives. Ensure that all campaigns are optimized to bring highly targeted traffic while also ensuring a very strong ROI • Manage optimizing, tracking and reporting of campaign progress and conversion for improvement • Apply necessary actions to support S.E.O / S.E.M for final result of lead generation 2. Email Marketing: • Support email marketing execution for effective customer communication and up-sales / cross-sales opportunities 3. Vendor & Stakeholders management: • Effectively work with relevant departments such as IT, Finance, Legal & Compliance to make things done within scope of work • Build and maintain relationships with key vendors, platforms and technology partners • Actively seek opportunities to expand possibility of lead generation and brand awareness 4. Others: • Own policies, manual, workflows within digital marketing to ensure quality delivery, good digital customer experience and Group branding guidelines
Job requirements
III. Job Requirements 1. Qualification: College/ University Graduated 2. Work Experience:02 years proven working experience in Digital Marketing-Lead generation, preferable in financial service sector • Have experience in digital performance agency is an advantage • Demonstrate experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, marketing email, social media, DSP, etc. • Google AdWords Certified / Facebook Blueprint Certified is a plus 3. Knowledge • Digital Advertising Platforms: campaign setup, targeting options, bidding strategies, and ad performance tracking. • Well-use of analytics tools • Lending and Card products • Fluent in both English and Vietnamese 4.
