Digital & Social Commerce Operation & Performance Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will go together & assist Vietnam Digital & Social Commerce Lead to co-develop, manage & drive dCom Channel comprehensive growth strategy agenda, Customer JBP and Operation effectiveness for One Unilever Vietnam.

- Key pillars to in-charge, including but not limited to Customer JBP, Distributor management, Supply chain, P&L, Enablers for growth (Technology, D&A, etc.), Operation process efficiency management, etc.

- Co-create and deliver the proposal to VN dCom & sCom Lead following the brief ensure delivering the objectives and aligned with 1UL dCom strategy for growth

- Lead the follow up in further details of deployment of all assigned agenda with both external & internal stakeholders ensure high level of understanding & alignment across stakeholders and ensure the results are delivered on time in full

- Manage and maintain all related documents that support for the agenda ensure readiness of information and data properly for business decision making of high levels

STAKEHOLDER

- External: Customer (all eCommerce platforms), Distributor, Agency

- Internal: dCOM KA, CSP & all cross-functional teams
