What We Can Offer
- Responsible for reviewing the contract with 3rd parties about reconciliation and settlement content
- Daily, manage and coordinate operational activities of Reconciliation and Settlement Team:
- Reconciliation and settlement with all 3rd parties,
- Contact with 3rd parties to find out the reason for all the Unmatched transactions.
- Work with the IT team to find out the solution to fix all the issues
- Propose to build the regular or process to comply with Bank policy and state bank
Organize, implement and provide guidance of Reconciliation and Payment services
Participate in company’s projects and propose other change management initiatives
Manage; develop staff to accomplish the goals of the Reconciliation and Payment Unit.
Ensure to implement fraud prevention activities, handle arising issues aligned with UBank’s regulations at each period
Undertake other tasks assigned by the line manager.
- At least 5 years experience in loan administration or financial management positions in banking or financial institutions
- Understanding of banking information systems & process management
- At least 03 years working experience in a managerial position
- Relationship building skill, verbal and written communication skill
- Strong leadership, organization, presentation, negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in both Vietnamese and English
