Digital Content Planner (Up to 30 Mil VND)

Overview

LOTTE C&F VIETNAM CO., LTD. is a non-financial company operating a BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) business. As our service continues to grow, strengthening brand awareness and customer engagement through digital channels has become a key priority.

In this role, you will be mainly responsible for managing our official social media accounts and owned media, while also contributing to the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives. You will be involved in the entire content lifecycle—from planning and creation to publishing and optimization.

This position requires hands-on execution as well as coordination with external partners when necessary. We welcome candidates who have experience in social media posting and operations, and who can turn trends, creative ideas, and slightly unique concepts into real actions. Rather than age or years of experience, we value motivation, creativity, and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Owned Media Management (Main Responsibilities)

• Manage official social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

• Plan and publish content to increase brand awareness

• Create original content that reflects and strengthens the brand identity

• Plan and operate owned media, including topic planning, content schedules, and continuous improvement

Digital Marketing Planning & Proposal

• Plan content and delivery approaches for digital marketing initiatives

• Propose content ideas aligned with marketing campaigns

• Analyze performance results and suggest improvements for future activities

External Partner Coordination

• Coordinate with external partners such as production companies, agencies and group companies

• Support basic project progress and schedule management

Other Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal departments

• Support other team-related tasks as needed

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in social media posting or account management (personal or professional)

• Strong interest in content planning and creation

• Ability to think independently and take initiative

• Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

• Willingness to try new ideas and approaches

• Flexibility to adapt to a changing environment

• Ability to communicate effectively in English
