Atlas Industries works on projects from the UK, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, North America, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore, in fields such as Aviation, Education, Industrial, Retail, Residential, Healthcare, etc.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Implementing the Digital Protocols in projects such as BIM Execution Plan, BIM Standard, and BIM Guidelines
• Ensuring that the QA / QC procedures in relation to BIM are in place & are being undertaken
• Performing audit & review models from clients within the native BIM platforms. Attend Model Management & Model Coordination meetings with project team members (frequency is flexible but should be weekly at a minimum)
• The ability to work across multiple disciplines within the native BIM software platforms
• Liaising with task-team members
• Performing clash detection & clash resolution
• Supporting in creation & management of digital content in projects
• Providing support in project set-up from a digital delivery perspective (at project start-up)
• Ensuring that the QA / QC procedures in relation to BIM are in place & are being undertaken by all project team members (daily)
• Produce & chair Clash Detection / Resolution meetings with the project team members (as required)
• Attend & contribute to the Digital Team Meetings
• Undertake “on-the-project” BIM management/process training to project teams (as required)
• Undertake “on-the-project” software training to project teams (as required)

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
• Degree, Associate Diploma, or Diploma from either Architecture, Structure, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical &/or • • Hydraulic Engineering & at least (2) years post-graduate experience
• Practical knowledge, use & application of EIR, BEP, PEP, DMP, etc based on project experience
Technical skills
• BIM Project Delivery - Process & in Practice
• Self-managing ability
• Checking and supervising ability
• Training / coaching and mentoring capacity
• The ability to undertake tasks autonomously & within a team
• Digital / BIM Project Delivery, both in the process & in practice
• Training / coaching & mentoring capacity
Software Skills
• High level of experience in the use of multiple BIM Authoring Platforms – Revit, ArchiCAD, Tekla
• Intermediate level of knowledge in the use, application & management of BIM Cloud Platform - Autodesk BIM360, Revizto
• High level of experience in the use of multiple Clash Detection & Coordination Platforms – Navisworks, Solibri, etc
• Intermediate level of knowledge in Automation plug-ins & Platforms – Dynamo, Grasshopper, etc
