Digital Coordinator - BIM Coordinator

Atlas Industries works on projects from the UK, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, North America, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore, in fields such as Aviation, Education, Industrial, Retail, Residential, Healthcare, etc.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for delivery of digital architecture, engineering & consulting projects.

• Ability to work across multiple disciplines within the native BIM software platforms.

• Ability to estimate Atlas digital resource for project tasks and scopes.

• Provide digital delivery set-up support at project start-up & during delivery to project teams.

• Create advanced or complex digital content in Revit, Dynamo, and Rhino for digital projects. Support project teams for the same.

• Train in digital software or topics and have the ability to train project teams where necessary.

• Other tasks as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Open for Junior & Senior Level to apply

• Degree, Associate Diploma, or Diploma from either Architecture, Structure, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Hydraulic Engineering & at least two years post-graduate experience.

• Practical knowledge, use & application of EIR, BEP, and PEP based on project experience.

• Practical knowledge of standards, rules, & regulations for international building codes.

• Experienced in delivering large-scale projects, multi-disciplinary delivery is an advantage.

• Experienced in multiple BIM Authoring Platforms – Revit, ArchiCAD, Tekla.

• Experienced in application & management of Autodesk BIM360.

• Experienced in Navisworks, Revizto, Solibri, PowerBI, dRofus.

• Experienced in Automation plug-ins & Platforms – Dynamo, Grasshopper.

• Ability to discuss directly with clients in English for technical aspects of digital delivery.
