POSITION PURPOSE
Manage, drive excellent consumer experience across all channels (O2O), including paid, owned & earned media channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Mission:
• Throughout understand holistic consumer journey and build resonate & effective brand experience flow to targeted audiences across digital touchpoints from which ultimately acquire brand users and extend consumer lifetime value.
• Translate data into valuable consumer insights to support for brand/product comms strategy.
• Continually build rapport with internal & external stakeholders across functions (CARE / Digital / Brand / E-com / agencies / partners) with trust, speed for results.
• Effectively presents and communicates updates or concerns to executives & leadership including having understanding and have awareness of customer stories, quickly flagging any gaps that might exist.
• Effectively adopt best practices and processes as outlined by leadership and your direct manager.
• Be the in-house expert and industry best practices when it comes to consumer journey execution.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and curate tailored marketing journeys to each consumer milestones across all touch points that drive engagement & acquisition.
ENROLLMENT (ONLINE / OFFLINE)
• Develop digital creative content for online recruitment channels (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Partners, Affiliate networks,…). Digital content has to be relevant to Enfa target audience and fit for digital platforms with high CreativeX score and generate low Cost Per Lead (CPL).
ENGAGEMENT (WEBSITE / FACEBOOK/ ZALO/ SMS / VIBER/ ON-SITE VISIBILITY / OTHERS)
• Closely work with CARE Manager in the development of consumer engagement strategy, including optimize existing channels (Website, Zalo, Viber, SMS, Facebook,…) to its full potential, while actively exploring other engagement tools based on market best practices.
• Lead execution of activating seamless consumer engagement journeys across digital paid owned earned touchpoints, not only limited within CARE CRM channels.
• Develop & manage production of Engagement materials across stages of consumer journey.
• Manage & work with related internal & external stakeholders (SFMC, Omn1, The Master Channel, Zalo, CNX,…) in the execution of content & journey set up through engagement touchpoints.
• Closely monitor, analyze engagement performance via different analysis tools: PowerBI, Google Analytics, Looker Studio,…
• Derive actionable insights from holistic consumer engagement touchpoints, provide with valuable information support CRM conversions.
• Identify opportunities and propose with solutions to build or optimize engagement strategies.
DIGITAL & SOCIAL MEDIA
• Brand Paid Digital Media: Assist Digital Lead in executing and managing digital marketing full funnel campaigns across various online platforms (Facebook, Youtube, Google Search (SEM/SEO), TikTok, Ad Networks) to enhance brand awareness, consideration & conversions.
• Retail Media: Work closely with Key Account Managers to deploy comprehensive digital activities on key retailers’s media channels. Maximize Enfa visibility and build seamless journey to acquire Enfa new buyers at retailer’s online & offline touchpoints.
• Stay informed & explore the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and platform updates to ensure strategies remain effective & innovative.
TECHNICAL
• Fully manage Enfa-owned Digital & Social channels, included but not limited Enfa website, Facebook page/community, Zalo, Viber, TikTok,…
• Assist CARE Manager in the engagement with regional & global tech partners to ensure the implementation of new technical functionality and tracking methods across stages & touchpoints.
• Experience with customer engagement tools including: CRM systems (SFDC, SFMC) and analysis tools such as: PowerBI, Google Analytics, Looker Studio,…
Yêu cầu công việc
Educational Professional Background
• University Degree holder
• At least 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing or CRM.
• Good experiences in SEO strategy, development, execution & performance.
• Good experiences in social execution & performance.
• Good command of both spoken & written English.
• Good understanding of organizational structure, operating culture, work styles, and achieving results in a change environment.
• Understanding in various strategies development relevant to certain players/brands.
• Strong understanding of marketing concepts, strategic positioning, advertising & business planning.
• Understanding of key digital consumer tracking techniques & their applications.
• Knowledge of WHO code and VN Breast Milk Law / Regulations is a plus.
