Digital Graphic Designer is the one who plays an important role to help business to gain high visibility which can lead to increase sales. Attractive visuals, effective communication of ideas, higher visibility, and enhanced credibility push traffic to brand pages. Specially in Ecommerce, Designer contributes to optimize the shopper experience and in store conversion with the right creative design and insightful content.
The main purpose of this Digital Graphic Designer role is also included:
• Design and develop creative contents for all marketing initiatives
• Create a strong visual presence for the company across all platforms
• Design e-commerce graphics, brochure, and social media collaterals
Some of the key areas you would own:
1. Ecommerce Functionals (50%)
• Responsible for all in-house ecommerce creative designs.
• Work closely with Ecommerce Key Account & Brand Team to develop concepts, platform layouts and create designs for various promotional materials such as (Shop in shop banner, Product Detail Page, Media asset across all Ecommerce platform (Shopee, Tiki, Lazada, Sendo…) and make sure creative asset meet brands and platform’s guidelines according to brief, accurate and high quality.
• Handle other projects and assignments based on management discretion.
• Produce and edit image and video clips.
2. Brand Design (30%)
• Support the creation and design of marketing assets for homepage features, landing pages, digital marketing, social media, site banners, packaging, product labels, newsletters, mobile, email blasts, etc.
• Design articles, feed/ post, Youtube/FB content, editorials, web banners and newsletters.
• Support other marketing activities related to design concepts, graphics, visuals and printing.
• Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately.
3. Food Services Design (20%)
• Support Food Service Team to adapt regional designs
• Develop relevant artworks as per requirements by Food Services Team with alignment with line manager.
• Having around 2 years experienced in Digital Graphic Design field, prefer in FMCG & Ecommerce channel
• Familiar with design software skills: Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Flash clips video making (FB/ Tiktok) in Design, Illustrator, 2D Design, Dreamweaver, Premier etc
• Fundamental knowledge of design in Ecommerce & digital platform
• Hard working; Can-do attitude
• English: intermediate communication
• Digital & tech savvy
• Strong creativity and communication through ideas & design
• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
