Digital Graphic Designer

ABOUT THIS POSITION

In this role, you will support the design team in creating visually compelling digital assets for various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to gain hands-on experience and grow their skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of visual content for social media platforms including promotional visuals, static posts, stories, banner, branding, ad creatives

• Support the development of other marketing materials such as web graphics, email templates, banner ads, thumbnails, and digital visuals when needed.

• Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, brainstorm ideas, and contribute to the design process.

• Create and modify design concepts based on feedback and direction from stakeholders, ensuring designs meet brand standards and project objectives.

• Support the production of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and user interactions.

• Stay updated on digital design trends, tools, and techniques, and proactively seek opportunities to learn and grow your skills.

• Help maintain organized files and documentation, including design assets, project files, and style guides, to facilitate efficient workflow and collaboration.

• Assist with other design-related tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication or related field.

• Hands-on experience in designing social media content, graphic design, digital design or similar digital assets - please include relevant examples in your portfolio.

• Proficient in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.

• Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design guidelines and instructions.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Positive attitude, creativity, and a passion for design.
