Digital Marketing Assistant Manager/ Manager

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to co-living accommodations, including hotels and apartments. - Manage digital marketing initiatives for co-living properties in the region across various channels such as websites, social media, SEO, PPC, and affiliate marketing. - Develop and implement initiatives that foster community engagement and enhance brand visibility. - Generate reports, provide insights, and adapt strategies to drive occupancy rates and revenue growth for co-living accommodations. - Collaborate with Brand HQ to execute online brand marketing strategies, showcasing the unique lifestyle benefits of co-living. - Audit and optimize online listings on OTAs to effectively promote co-living experiences. - Drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings through tailored SEO strategies targeting the co-living audience. - Identify and evaluate new online marketing opportunities to attract and engage individuals interested in co-living. - Managing and grow the online presence of co-living accommodations on social media platforms. - Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging content that highlights the benefits of co-living for various marketing channels.

- Qualifications:3-4 years of experience in digital marketing or related field. - Diploma/certificate in Professional Digital Marketing. - Proven track record in project management of digital marketing campaigns, preferably within the hospitality or real estate sector. - Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability with a focus on community-building. - Knowledgeable in Paid Social Advertising, SEO, and social media marketing, with an understanding of the co-living audience. - Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to convey the benefits of co-living to potential residents. - Attention to detail and accuracy in executing marketing initiatives. - Ability to work independently and under pressure, adapting quickly to changing market dynamics. - Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for driving innovation. - Familiarity with existing and emerging social media platforms relevant to individuals interested in co-living accommodations. *** Benefits: 1.
