Job Description
1) Overall digital marketing planning and implementation:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
2) Website management
- Managing & monitoring the company website; optimizing SEO; ensuring content is up to date; has a consistent tone of voice; user journey is clear and performance of content is measured against clear KPI’s.
- Making Monthly website report & improve website performance
- Write and optimize content for the website (videos, new visual) and social networking accounts such as Facebook/ YouTube channel
3) Social Media & Social content
- Planning and coordinating a schedule of activity across Facebook, YouTube and other platforms to expand our social media audience base.
- Monitor social media pages (Facebook, YouTube and address clients’ queries)
- Content: Design, writing engaging content for a variety of audiences that is consistent with brand guidelines on Social Media channels. Keeping up to date and informed about all aspects of the company products and campaigns
- Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites
4) Online ads, SEO and other digital media channels
- Coordinating online advertising, regularly reviewing and amending keywords and ad groups to optimize performance; maintain our presence on third party sites, keeping all messaging current
- Having SEO knowledge to follow up with vendor
- Develop Mobile & Email Marketing to support the brand & sales. Craft and send regular newsletters with company updates
5) Other communication tasks:
- Promote our products and services during events/exhibitions
- Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels
- Advertise our company and products/services on various media
- Plan & Implement interviews and press conferences
- Produce marketing copy for our website and Social network channels
- Track ROI for marketing campaigns
- Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams
- Other tasks assigned by Leader/Manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing & Marketing Communications;
• Have proven working experience in digital marketing
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development etc.
• Have good presentation & communication skill by English
• Knowledge in design software (photoshop, adobe illustrator)
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
