Digital Marketing Consultant (Vietnam Market)

As a Digital Marketing Consultant, you will be working with our Global Internet Leader Account to deliver #happier in building and optimizing advertising campaigns for our customers, to support the internet giant’s business customers for online marketing and campaigns on Adwords.

Job Scope:

• Communicate to customers via phone, email, or chat for any issues related to their interaction with Adwords platform

• Identify and understand customer needs and objectives through consultative sales interactions

• Manage the relationship between the internet giant and its customers, resulting in increased business by providing consultative sales solutions

• Tell us how we can be better and act as a voice for users/advertisers to provide product and process improvement opportunities back to the internet giant

Requirements:

• Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field; for Diplomas' you should have at least 5 years of full-time experience

• At least 2 years of full-time experience in sales/telesales and/or digital marketing

• Is analytical and has a logical mindset

• Has strong communicative skills and a flair for selling creative market solutions

• Works in an organized and structured manner

• Has a creative mindset and a good understanding of customer needs

• Speaks native Vietnamese language, good at English

• Willing to relocate to Kuala Lumpur
