Digital Marketing Executive

We are currently seeking a Digital/Social Marketing Executive to join Vietnam office of MC&T Financial Solutions, a boutique mortgage broker headquartered in Melbourne, Australia. As a dynamic and successful company, we have a solid track record of assisting clients in securing financing for their dream homes and diverse financial needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Develop, implement, and manage the company’s communications and social media strategy.

- Content creation and management on all channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Tik tok and company’s website.

- Manage and execute digital advertising campaigns across various digital channels.

- Manage and work with marketing agents, designers, photographers, and creative development teams to ensure content is informative and appealing.

- Set and track social media targets and performance metrics.

- Must be aware of the market trends and competitors in the market.

- Self-motivated and should be able to work independently.

- Other tasks as required.

- More than 3 years of work experiences in a related field, ideally in digital marketing.

- Good Engish skills.

- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms.

- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.

- Demonstrable experience managing social media, display advertising, SEO and email.

- Flexible, highly committed, and result-oriented.

- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.

- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

- The candidate has worked in international companies with international marketing/social media preferred.
