Digital Marketing Executive

1. Website & WordPress Development-

o Build and manage company websites using WordPress, including theme setup, plugin configuration, and content integration.

o Use visual page builders (e.g., Elementor. WPBakerx) to create responsive layouts that match brand standards.

o Install, configure, and optimize essential plugins for SEO, speed, security, and performance.

o Maintain and troubleshoot WordPress site issues (bugs, broken links, page errors, etc.).

o Support SEO & SEM initiatives after the website is fully functional, including keyword optimization and meta tag updates.

o Ensure mobile responsiveness and overall site usability.

o Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure a consistent and conversion-focused

2. Omnichannel Operations (Social Media + Ads + Website)

o Manage Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other accounts.

o Plan and publish image, text, and short video content.

o Use various AI tools for creative content generation (e.g., Canva, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, CapCut).

o Must be proficient in using WordPress to create and manage website content, ensuring brand consistency across all digital channels.

3. Digital Advertising (Google / Facebook / TikTok)

o Set up and monitor ad campaigns, optimize for better ROI.

o Track ad performance data and generate reports.

o Utilize WordPress to create and update landing pages and campaign-specific content to support advertising efforts.

4. Website & SEO Support

o Assist in writing product descriptions and optimizing keyword usage.

o Manage and update website content using WordPress (e.g., blog posts, landing pages, banners).

o Customize page layouts using drag-and-drop builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery).

o Install and configure basic plugins for SEO, performance, and security.

o Monitor site speed, user experience, and mobile responsiveness.

o Ensure website content aligns with brand voice and SEO best practices.

o Demonstrate advanced knowledge of WordPress functionality for website management, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of site SEO.

5. Support AI-Powered Multilingual Workflow

o Use AI tools to convert content into English, Vietnamese, and other languages.

o Understand cultural differences between markets to improve localization.

o Continuously learn and improve the AI content creation workflow.

o Be able to integrate multilingual content created with AI tools into WordPress, ensuring seamless presentation across different language versions of the website.

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (social media, advertising, content), or strong willingness to learn as a recent graduate

• Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Canva

• Bonus if you have experience using AI content or image-generation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway)

• Basic English reading and writing skills required; ability to communicate directly in English is a plus

• Interest in baby/maternity/trendy consumer products and e-commerce

• Reliable, responsible, and willing to commit long-term
