Mô Tả Công Việc
• Manage Owned channels: Website, social media for all brands
• Website: content strategy, backend technical & features, ensuring SEO KPIs.
• Social media (FB, IG, Tiktok, Youtube,…): set up, manage account & content with agency.
• Media/IMC/Brand Communication Campaigns – Joint business planning with brand teams as owner of digital touchpoints and strategy for Non-NUTs brands
• Responsible for digital customer journey, digital touch points & ensure synergy with offline channels.
• Define target audience, platforms, channels, and topics to engage that align with brand objectives.
• Lead in best practices and latest digital products and formats.
• Lead Digital Media Optimization with agencies to ensure synergies with Paid, Owned and Earned Media
• Set KPI and develop media ROI monitoring mechanisms with agency.
• Ensure IMCs digital plan link closely to sales for both online & offline sales.
• Digital Content: CreativeX Champion; In charge of eDAM for ecommerce materials; Best practice in content.
• eCommerce Marketing:
• Manage In-platform & Off-platform media to drive sales to ecommerce and new channels
• Support eKAM in ecommerce campaign on marketplace
• Lead Affiliate
• Analyze data (dashboards, campaign results, conversion rates, channel performance) to help shape omnichannel strategies. Provide insights and key learnings to brand teams and any related stakeholders.
• Overall Management of Agencies & External Partners – digital, creative and media agencies
• Set clear KPIs and guidelines on digital & e-commerce strategy execution
• Initiate & lead agency review on a monthly basis for Digital, Media, Creative Agencies, making sure that Brand teams are updated on digital brand performance metrics (always-on and IMC, e-commerce, etc)
• Connect and ensure synergies among agencies and internal brand teams.
• Ensure Compliance of all Digital Initiatives
• Responsible for adherence to regulatory requirements and industry code of ethics. Work closely with Legal, Medical, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance and Compliance in making sure policies and procedures are enforced within Bayer standards.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Strong consumer-centric perspective with at least a 2-year hands-on experience working in Digital & Media Agency or media function of FMCG. High experience working with e-commerce platforms and ecommerce models.
• Has experience working with data (data visualization, data dashboard, data analysis).
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, fluently speaking & writing in English
• Confident and capable of working within disciplined & highly cross-functioning structure
• Excellent experience in managing commercially high performing online marketing program and managing internal creative resources (design, content, project management)
• Experience in managing external agencies & conversations with key partners
• Ability to work under tight deadlines. Able to show drive, initiative, creativity & problem solving.
• Possess broader Online marketing skills encompassing content management, keyword generation, banner advertising & marketing solutions on e-Commerce platforms
