Job Description
Digital Marketing Executive is one of members of Marketing Services Team, with significant responsibility. This is a high growth when working in a digital marketing environment and top high-priced recruitment services of VietnamWorks.
The job holder is full responsible and accountable for planning, managing and implementing marketing activities on online channels (especially Email Marketing) .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Digital advertisement optimization support:
- Conducting market research to better comprehend prevailing consumer behaviors.
- Reviewing our former campaigns to ascertain areas of strength and weakness, which could inform subsequent outputs.
- Overall support team in terms of projects performance optimization: build guideline for ads materials & agency briefing, work with agency & team for low performance project to find improvement points.
2. Email marketing performance:
- In charge emailing jobs to candidates: review content & set up sending, optimize performance indicators.
- Work with agency & BI department closely to optimize email marketing performance.
- Training & updating new information (Email MKT) about services.
3. Support Payment/Paperwork
- Handle payment & contract related to digital ads, email MKT on time.

QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification
- Solid command of spoken and written English
- Experience managing and motivating teams
EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES/SKILLS :
• 1+ years of experience with email and marketing automation software and integration with databases
• Outstanding copywriting and copyediting abilities, & content creation skill, especially about e-commerce, B2B,...
• Demonstrable knowledge of email best practices extending to responsive HTML design, segmentation, deliverability, A/B testing, and email performance metrics
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills – ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs performance
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
• Self-directed, capable of staying on track and pursuing solutions without supervision
• Strong organizational skills and exemplary attention to detail.
