Role Summary:
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote VUS (Vietnam USA Society English Centers). This includes executing online advertising, managing social media platforms, analyzing digital marketing metrics, and optimizing campaigns to increase engagement and drive enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
• Content Management:
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms.
• Social Media Management:
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• SEO and SEM:
- Implement and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
• Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align digital campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Skills and Competencies:
• Digital Marketing Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics software.
• Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in creating and managing reports to track campaign performance.
• Project Management:
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Personal Attributes:
• Highly motivated and proactive with a passion for digital marketing.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Adaptable and open to learning new skills and technologies.
