1. SEO Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value, relevant keywords.
Develop and implement data-driven SEO strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic.
Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata for targeted keywords and search engines.
Perform technical SEO audits, fix crawlability & indexability issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Build high-quality backlinks through effective link-building strategies.
Monitor website analytics, SEO KPIs, and performance metrics; generate insights and reports for stakeholders.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to maintain a cohesive SEO approach.
2. Digital Marketing Responsibilities
Marketing Execution & Reporting
Execute digital marketing initiatives under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
Maintain, analyze, and report performance of campaigns, events, and lead-generation activities.
Email Marketing
Plan and execute newsletters, promotional emails, and nurture flows.
Create and format HTML email content, manage mailing lists, and optimize performance metrics.
SMS Marketing
Develop and run SMS campaigns for engagement and conversions.
Track, analyze, and optimize performance using KPIs and Excel dashboards.
Social Media Ads
Launch and manage paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms.
Analyze ad performance, report insights, and coordinate with content teams for creative A/B testing.
Social Media & Content Creation
Manage posting schedules across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
Create video content for YouTube, Reels, and TikTok.
Brand Marketing
Support production of brand collaterals (slides, brochures, banners).
Draft press releases and company write-ups aligned with brand guidelines.
Events Coordination
Support planning, logistics, and execution of Vietnam-based events.
Assist with regional campaign coordination involving the Vietnam market.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Liaise with internal teams and local stakeholders for market insights and localization.

General Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or SEO specialist roles.
Bilingual proficiency in Vietnamese & English (written and verbal).
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated passion for digital marketing, analytics, and continuous learning.
Basic IT knowledge; ability to work with WordPress is a plus.
Innovative, explorative mindset with strategic thinking capability.
MUST-HAVE Skills
Strong technical SEO expertise (crawlability, indexability, on-page & off-page SEO).
Proven SEO hands-on experience with successful strategy implementation.
Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Analytics).
Experience running & optimizing Facebook/Instagram Ads.
Experience with email marketing platforms & automation tools.
Strong Excel skills for performance tracking & dashboards.
Solid writing and content creation skills in both English & Vietnamese.
Ability to manage and schedule social media content.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with video content creation (YouTube, Reels, TikTok).
Knowledge of HTML for email formatting.
Experience organizing or supporting events.
Basic graphic design skills for marketing collateral.
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and third-party analytics tools.
Coding skills or experience with advanced SEO techniques (including blackhat SEO for research purposes).
Background in content strategy development.
