FOCUS AREAS OF DIGITAL MARKETING
1. Be Marketing team leader of 3 - 4 staff
2. Support Manager in making marketing and communication plan to attract customer to shopping mall, to increase tenant sales and promote customer interactions.
3. Support Manager in preparing Marketing budget
4. Communicate and work closely with tenants in shopping malls to encourage maximum participants in Marketing activities
5. Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customers
6. Plan and monitor digital marketing communication tool to generate traffic and sales
7. Evaluate the effectiveness of Marketing campaigns
8. Other tasks as assigned by Manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Bachelor degree, any fields
2. 3 - 5 years working experience in Digital Marketing field
3. Good communication in English & Vietnamese
4. Good at planning and team coordination
5. Be willing to work in shift (4 - 5 night shifts (13:30 PM - 22:30 PM) per month; night shift allowance: 80.000 VND/ shift)
6. Work location: Hanoi (present ~ Feb 2020), Aeon Mall Hai Phong, Le Chan, Hai Phong (from Feb 2020)
