RESPONSIBILITIES

• 80% of work time to participate in the implementation and start of critical digital transformation projects and initiatives, such as customer activation, CX optimization, UX design, data analytics, and so on, via CDP, MA, and MMP.

• 20% of work time is spent supporting and optimizing BAU digital marketing activities and campaigns across PVcomBank's Paid, Earned, Owned, and Shared platforms.

• Participate in additional Team and Marketing division jobs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Have more than 6 years of self-deployment experience in one or more occupations linked to:

o Digital transformation

o CX optimization

o UX Design

o Data analytics/visualization

o Web/App tracking

o Mobile marketing

o Digital marketing (prefer performance, MarTech, affiliate).

• Competencies required:

o The ability to constantly self-study

o Interpersonal skills

o TOEIC 600+

• Career interests in MarTech and understanding code is a huge benefit.

• AdTech, Content, Social marketing experiences are acceptable but not focused.
