Responsible to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, for proposing and managing online marketing communication plans for assigned product categories, aiming to enhance the effectiveness of online marketing communication activities. This includes proposing and overseeing the implementation of services provided by online marketing communication agencies to ensure Vinamilk's advertising rights are upheld across online marketing channels • Propose to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager regarding the establishment, management, and development of activities related to online communication on websites, Facebook fan pages, YouTube channels, social media platforms, etc. • Establish a system of information, data, evaluation criteria, and measurements necessary to assess the effectiveness of online communication programs for product categories. Additionally, set up relevant reporting and analysis. • Evaluate and analyze market opportunities' effectiveness to be applied in the actual operations of product categories, as required by the Senior Digital Marketing Manager. • Manage and control the budget for implementing online communication programs, closely monitor deductions (rebates) from partners, and ensure actual payments align with approved budgets. • Supervise the implementation of online media partners' activities and online advertising suppliers to ensure full and timely fulfillment of advertising rights. • Deploy and monitor online communication program activities to ensure effectiveness and achieve goals, such as interacting with suppliers, progress reporting, and work results. • Monitor and control the interaction process between marketing product categories and online media partners in planning and implementing online programs to meet set objectives. • Collaborate with online media partners to update product categories on online communication directions and trends, advising and proposing appropriate communication channels. • Manage, train, and develop staff to meet requirements for professional competence and effective work performance. • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Senior Digital Marketing Manager...

EDUCATION: • Bachelor's degree or higher • Preference given to majors in marketing, business administration, advertising, online communication... EXPERIENCE: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the digital media field, including at least 2 years of managerial experience in equivalent positions at companies of similar scale or media-related companies. • Experience in planning and executing online communication activities, search tools (search), online video (YouTube...), social media (Facebook, Instagram...), mobile marketing... • Experience working with media partners and media agencies. SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: • Knowledge, understanding, and proficient use of research tools, measurement, and evaluation of Digital Marketing effectiveness. • Analytical skills and evaluation of overall online media market trends (Digital landscape, trends). • Analytical skills and direction-setting for online media channels. • Updating user insights and changes on digital media to adjust and optimize marketing strategies. • Supervisory skills and implementation of online communication programs. • Analytical skills for evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs), measuring digital marketing plans before and after deployment... • Skills in updating user insights and monitoring changes in digital media platforms to adjust and optimize marketing strategies. • Supervisory skills and implementation of online communication programs. • Analytical skills for evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs), measuring digital marketing plans before and after deployment. • Capability assessment skills for suppliers. • Management and development skills for subordinate staff. • Presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. • Problem-solving skills.
