As the Digital Marketing Manager at Easia Travel, your primary objective is to drive the company’s digital marketing strategy, ensuring that it aligns seamlessly with our overarching business goals. You will lead efforts to maintain and enhance our online presence, positioning Easia Travel as a trailblazer in the industry. Your mission is to continuously research, strategize, and implement the latest digital technologies and trends to strengthen our market position while overseeing the excellence of our online platforms, including the website, Agent Hub, and Media Library. By analyzing data, managing acquisition channels, and providing critical support for strategic decisions, you will empower the team to deliver outstanding travel experiences to our partners.
* Platforms
- Project Management & Strategy Dimension:
+ Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy in alignment with the company’s goals, involving project management, campaign planning, and strategic decision-making.
+ Lead and coordinate digital projects using AGILE methodology and collaborating with external developers, ensuring all objectives are met within specified timelines and budgets.
+ Project manage the planning, execution, and evaluation of all online marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
+ Continuously monitor project progress and address any challenges or obstacles to ensure success.
+ Facilitate communication and collaboration among various teams for the successful execution of projects.
- Analytics & Tech Role:
+ Provide strategic support for guiding decisions by overseeing business analysis, tracking, dashboards, and reporting.
+ Continuously research and implement new tools and technologies to enhance our websites.
- Acquisition Role:
+ Lead technical SEO efforts and ensured on-site and on-page SEO optimization.
+ Manage off-site SEO activities, including backlink strategies.
+ Oversee paid acquisition efforts on social networks, including traffic buying (SMM, Facebook ads).
+ Manage SEA and Google Ads for PPC traffic acquisition.
+ Collaborate closely with the content editor, community manager, Marketing & Branding Assistant, and Managers to ensure alignment between acquisition strategies and content.
- Market Intelligence:
+ Analyze data collected through our platforms and communication tools.
+ Create market studies based on the data analysis.
+ Work closely with Marketing & Branding Managers, Digital Project Coordinators, and Business Development + Managers to ensure that market intelligence aligns with the company’s goals.

* Competency
- Fluent in English
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
- Innovative and forward-thinking with a keen interest in industry trends.
- Proficient in project management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- This dynamic role as a Digital Marketing Manager combines project management expertise, digital strategy development, and the coordination of various digital aspects to shape the future of Easia Travel’s online presence and market position.
* Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
