About the job:
We are seeking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts in the inbound tourism sector. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing all digital marketing activities. You will spearhead the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility in the tourism market and drives sales growth across all online channels..
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify target market
- Understand customer insights, barriers to product adoption, and competitive dynamics to ensure data-driven and results-oriented strategies
- Develop and execute effective SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and paid advertising strategies
- Create engaging and SEO content for search engines (Google, Bing), YouTube, and social media platforms (Facebook, etc.)
- Plan Advertising Campaign
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Analyze campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize costs, revenue, and conversion rates
- Enhance brand awareness and online visibility
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging and communication across all marketing channels
- Oversee the development of high-quality online marketing materials and content that effectively communicate the company's brand identity
2. Digital Marketing Operations & Management:
- Optimize website content, images, videos, and descriptions to improve impressions and conversion rates
- Collaborate with sales, product, and IT departments to ensure consistent implementation of the digital marketing strategy
- Track and analyze website traffic from various sources, including organic searches, social media, paid advertisements and referrals
- Monitor key website metrics such as bounce rate, time on page, and user behavior to optimize the online user experience
- Analyze and optimize landing pages and user journeys to increase online sales and conversions
3. Digital Marketing Team Management:
- Oversee team members’ recruitment, training and evaluation to ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Assess team performance, provide constructive feedback, and develop individual growth plans.
- Lead and mentor marketing campaigns, fostering a high-performance culture that promotes creativity and professional development in digital marketing
- Maintain brand and service signatures to daily work
4. Marketing Budgetary Management:
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximizing ROI
- Track expenses and measure budget effectiveness
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
- International Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA degree is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in digital marketing, previous experiences in tourism is highly preferred
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices, particularly in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube, and Facebook marketing
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, NetInsight, WebTrends, etc.)
Other requirements
- Advanced English language skills
- Proven track record of successfully implementing marketing plans with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of customer insights and online behavior.
- Excellent leadership, budget management, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

- Competitive salary of USD 1,200 - 1,500 per month plus performance-based bonus.
