This position reports to Head of Growth and closely collaborates with Brand Communication, User Growth within Marketing team, and work with internal and external parties to ensure the development and execution of Digital Marketing strategies to drive and accelerate user base and their engagement with VieON according to defined set of business KPIs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of both strategic and tactical thinking. He/she is an individual with strong communication skills, analytic skills, creative thinking ability, attention to details and a strong passion for best result achievements.
Social Media strategy, planning and management
- Drive integrated online media strategies across digital, omni-channels and other channels to build brand awareness, acquire new users, engage with existing users, drive view frequency and convert to subscriptions
- Gather, analyse and build marketing and consumer data to timely provide actionable insights
- Continuously analyze and communicate the efficiency and effectiveness of media related efforts across stakeholders through the lens of brand reputation, channel mix, and consumer impact
- Apply new methodologies or approaches being able to ideate on new approaches based on changing corporate objectives or consumer trends
- Work with SEO Lead to develop, implement, monitor SEO strategy to increase organic traffic for websites and produce performance report accordingly
Digital Marketing strategy and plan implementation
- A digital thought leader and lead the development of the overall VieON digital strategies.
- Translate annual marketing plans into digitally driven executions in the following areas: social media, web content, mobile app, digital media, video, web analytics, and SEO/SEM....
- Establish and determine key objectives for digital marketing campaigns and identify and implement appropriate measurement tools
- Implement A/B test and other test of creative assets, channels, target audiences, messages to optimize the best results for digital marketing activities
- Lead/ Consult the design, set-up and implementation of consumer data strategy and technology partnerships.
- Act as subject matter expert in the digital marketing space applying market best practice on existing and emerging digital marketing trends, tactics and technologies.
- Lead and manage related agencies and internal partners on daily basis
- Constantly initiate new opportunities to enhance the SOV, market share of VieON
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Ideally experienced on both the client and agency sides
- Comprehensive understanding of the digital ecosystems and how all channels work together
- Fluency in integrated marketing communications and the role digital and social media play in the consumer experience and cross channel marketing mix
- Integrated experience working with a mix of traditional, digital and lead generating media strategies and properties
- Familiarity and direct experience with digital marketing analytics
- Experience in successful integration of marketing, brand positioning, and creative media strategies and processes
- Strong program and project management experience with the ability to drive projects from conception to completion
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with a willingness to continually embrace personal and professional development
- Strong leadership skills with direct reports, peers and subordinates
- E-commerce & data-driven Marketing experience is a plus
