- Responsible for all aspect of digital communication & media from strategy to execution.
- Develop the overall digital marketing strategies for all products & brands and work with business & growth team to plan and execute digital campaigns
- Lead digital marketing strategies including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
- Measure the ROI and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and provide actionable recommendation.
PRIMARY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Digital Media Platform, both strategy and execution plan for Brand or Product campaign with connection and engagement to target consumers
- Implement integrated digital marketing campaign, ensure concepts & implementation idea are customized and aligned with brand marketing direction
- Digital media & budget plan and post campaign analysis and measurement to ensure the effective reach & media spending as well as recommendation to improve future online campaigns.
- Lead media buying & creative pitch and manage ROI of digital campaign investment
- Budget planning and recommending in online media suitable for specific campaign matching with target audiences and company objective.
- Drive online awareness and engagement and sales conversion with audience consumers
- Drive and implement cost effective online and social media marketing campaigns, paid and organic search activities (PPC, SEO), SEM, affiliate marketing, blogging, and other marketing initiatives with IMC alignment.
- Follow online marketing trends, new social media site/platforms and able to make recommendations.
- Perform initiative and creative idea for online campaign supporting to key customers and targeting to online users.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing is plus point
- 5 years +++ in digital marketing / social media communication
- Strong experience with deep understanding of social media platform, SEO, SEM, digital advertising, eCommerce, mobile & web analytics.
- Skill: Negotiation, Influence, Persuasion, Creativity with open mind, high level of learning agility
- Being sensitive to market trend and consumer insights
- Fluent in English
