● Develop and manage digital strategies for all digital channels to meet growth objectives and KPIs.
● Ensure sustainable app users growth by testing and tracking for outcomes of new offers, promotions and growth initiatives.
● Apply your expertise and skills to manage all online marketing channels (including but not limited to social media, SEM, Zalo, GDN, YouTube ads, SEO, email mkt,).
● Manage planning process, Advertising budgeting, and performance metrics. Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPI's).
● Identify and analyze trends and insights from marketing data, and then optimize and revise marketing budget and performance based on results and findings.
● Other tasks as per request of manager and company
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Digital marketing experience: Have extensive digital marketing experience, including social media marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, etc.
2. Social Media Major: Proficient in social media platforms and able to effectively use social media to increase app visibility.
3. Traffic acquisition experience: Have experience in successfully driving app downloads and registrations, and be able to develop effective user acquisition strategies.
4. Understand the sports industry: Have a certain understanding of the football industry, understand and target the interests and needs of target users
5. Marketing budget management: Experience in formulating and executing marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
6. Data analysis skills: Able to analyze data, monitor the effectiveness of promotional activities, and make optimization decisions based on data.
7. Creativity and design awareness: Ability to think creatively and design compelling advertising and promotional content.
8. Competitive product analysis & market research capabilities: Ability to analyze competitors' promotion strategies, analyze the characteristics and competitive landscape of the target market, and formulate differentiated marketing plans
9. User experience UX, user interface UI: Understand user experience UX principles, ensure that the application interface UI is friendly and easy to use for Vietnamese users, and provide regular upgrade plans
10. User feedback management: Learn how to handle user feedback and complaints to improve user satisfaction.
